Do I need prior experience to participate?

Not always. The required level depends on the experience you choose. For each tour we clearly indicate the requirements and accompany you so you feel safe and enjoy the experience to the fullest.

What does each experience include?

Each experience may vary depending on the activity, but generally includes: specialized guide, boat or transportation, required technical equipment, safety measures and gear, water and snacks, photo and video material, and educational material when applicable.

Are the dates guaranteed?

These are seasonal experiences that depend on natural conditions, so we cannot guarantee a specific sighting. What we do guarantee is good logistics and the team's best effort. If the weather is not favorable, we look to reschedule the experience or offer alternatives so you have the best experience.
